We also collect telemetry and equipment data including engine hours, idle time, battery performance, GPS location, fuel savings, and diagnostic information. (“Ayantra,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including any associated telemetry systems, customer portals, websites, and related services (“Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

Use of Services. You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the Services, including but not limited to attempts to gain unauthorized access, reverse engineer, interfere with functionality or security, or use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair performance. Access to the customer portal is limited to authorized users and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.

Intellectual Property. All content, data, software, and technology associated with the Services, including all copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Ayantra, Inc. or its licensors. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
